At the smokehouse station the chef was bringing out a fresh ham and several racks of ribs.just what I knew would satisfy my husband's taste buds. The buffet selection include stations for Italian, Asian, Mexican, Southern Homestyle, Smokehouse, Salad bar and a Dessert station. The dining area is spacious and bufettappears well appointed for a weekday. Buffets are not my first choice for dining but I found myself downtown, short on time and wanting a meal with an entree' and vegetables so this buffet came to mind.
